What does Diversity look like
Diversity comes in many forms, race, creed, color, gender, orientation, identification, and ethnicity just to name a few of the characteristics that display our differences. Let’s take a look at what generational diversity brings to the workplace environment. Each generation in the workforce has a mindset that differs slightly from the generation before them. In some cases, the difference is immense and may appear to be something that can’t be overcome. However, as a labor force with 5 generations currently working together to achieve the company’s mission, we obtain a vast collection of differing mindsets and methodologies.
